Merry Christmas

Yup, once again I can't believe it's been a lotta weeks since my last update. There's a couple of reasons it's been a busy few weeks. The SDRA awards banquet went down in the middle of November. For the past three years, I have prepared the season Champion awards for the SDRA, these are a composite plaque mounted image of each class winner just like 2008 SIR Super Pro Champion Bill Cawsey above, and I also prepare a 25 minute slide show that's shown during the banquet which takes more time than you imagine, combine that with finishing off some home reno's and you know where I have been between the end of September to the middle of November. In between then and now I have been very busy preparing and shipping Christmas print orders and that explains what I have been doing from the middle of November until now.
I would like to thank all my clients and friends for supporting NITROIMAGE Photography in 2008. I absolutely love shooting, but the icing on the cake for me is turning all those electronic 1's and 0's into a tangible colorful peice of photo paper that you can display on your wall of choice. I should be so priviledged. Again, without your support I wouldn't be able to continue to provide my services, and for that I'm grateful, Thank YOU!
Our 15 Minutes of Fame
Sheldon my 16 ye
ar old son and I were featured in the fall edition of SnoRiders magazine. Now we're no professional sledders by any strecth, but over the summer one of the reporters from the magazine, Tanya Laing, called up and convinced the two
of us we had a story to share and that I had a couple of images that they would like to publish. After a little thought, we decided, "what the heck, this could be fun" and it was. I totally forgot about it until the issue hit the newstands a month ago and we started getting emails and calls from friends. I think we were both pretty excited... Thanks Tanya!
The NIT
ROIMAGE Photography offices are now closed for the holidays, as we plan a much needed break and look forward to recharging and celebrating Christmas on a warm beach in Jamaica with our good friends the Bert family. We'll be back to ring in the New Year and I look forward to working with all of you in 2009. From our family to yours, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and a prosperous 2009! (oh if you were wondering, the pic is of a "sand"man we spotted on the beach while we were in the Dominican Republic at Christmas last year)
